Vibrant decor made our stay enjoyable, but plumbing issues were quite disruptive.

The room had a nice layout that suited our needs during the short stay. Clean linen and a tidy bathroom provided a decent comfort level for a quick getaway.
Each evening, loud music from a nearby venue made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night. The shower fluctuated between icy cold and scalding hot, which kept the experience less than enjoyable. With plug sockets situated far from the furniture, it was a challenge to charge devices, and some wall issues were noticeable for the price point. A ’no breakfast’ policy and an early bar closure at 9 PM didn’t help the situation.

The hotel boasts a great location near quaint countryside and various dining options. the service fell short, with no one available for check-in and a broken phone number leaving me without guidance. The room, though recently refurbished and comfortable, couldn't redeem the experience of being left in the dark upon arrival.

charming stay near historic sites and beautiful parks
I absolutely loved the original features in the room, especially the beautiful old lead windows that added so much character, and the warm homely feel of the property made it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. being just a few steps away from All Saints Church and less than a 5-minute walk to the River Avon made my city strolls enjoyable and memorable.

Comfortable Stay, But Dining Options Lacked
I spent a night in a spacious Deluxe Double Room, enjoying soft linens and quiet surroundings. the absence of onsite dining was disappointing. I had to venture out for meals. Keep this in mind if you prefer convenient dining options without leaving your hotel.
